The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the service.

  • “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from me.

  • “Service” refers to the website.

  • “Website” refers to Marcel Nehlsen Designs, accessible from https://www.marcelnehlsen.com/.

  • “You” means the individual accessing the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times

After purchase, please allow 3-5 business days for me to prepare your order. Shipping is usually 2-5 business days via USPS, but this delivery window is not guaranteed. If there is an unexpected delay or problem during transit, orders may take longer to arrive.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods, Shipping Rates, and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I offer the shipping methods below:

  • Shipping for stickers only (up to 3.5 oz)

    • Shipping method: USPS First-Class Mail

    • Shipping cost: $1.00 for 1 sticker, +$0.29 per additional sticker

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

  • Shipping for sticker orders over 3.5 oz and all other products

    • Shipping method: USPS Ground Advantage

    • Shipping costs:

      • $6.00 flat rate for Contiguous U.S.

      • $8.50 flat rate for Non-Contiguous U.S.

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me for assistance.

Eligible Shipping Locations

Marcel Nehlsen Designs ships to addresses within the United States (not including U.S. Territories), as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Unfortunately, I do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Please note that USPS First-Class Mail does NOT include tracking information. This option is the default for sticker orders up to 3.5oz, which ship via envelopes with stamps.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Marcel Nehlsen Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Delays or Cancellations due to Lack of Customer Response

Please keep an eye on your email after purchase. If I contact you and don’t receive a response, I will follow up at least once after 24 hours. Make sure that your email address on file is correct and active.

If I still do not receive a response, then I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Orders that are Delayed or Lost During Transit

If there is an unexpected delay or problem during transit, orders may take longer than usual to arrive. For example, poor weather or busy holidays can push back arrival estimates. Please keep an eye on the tracking status and allow a few more business days for arrival.

Allow up to 5 business days for production time after purchase. Shipping is usually 2-5 business days, but arrival estimates are not guaranteed.

If there are no tracking updates 7+ days after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact me as soon as possible. I will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed to be lost, I can start the refund process and file a shipping claim.

You are welcome to place a new order after you receive the refund. While I will try to ship earlier, I cannot guarantee production time faster than 5 business days or shipping time faster than 5 business days. I also cannot guarantee arrivals by specific deadlines or events.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to describe the problem. Please send photos of the incorrect/damaged items and packaging as well. After I confirm the issue, I can send you a prepaid return label.

I will process a full refund after receiving the package. I must receive returned packages within 30 days of delivery. I will also work on filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

This policy does NOT include buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with products that match their descriptions. In those situations, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
